Display Of Proteins On A Robust Bacterial Genetic Carrier Platform For The Stimulation Of Protective Immune Responses

The present invention relates to a method for displaying protein of interest
on the surface of a genetic carrier platform or the surface the spore of host cells ,
which comprising the steps of transforming host cells with a vector
containing a gene encoding the protein of interest culturing the transformed
host cells and induction so that the protein of interest is displayed on the
surface of the genetic carrier, sporulating bacteria. The surface display system
produced according to the present invention can successfully display the target
recombinant protein on the surface of a genetic carrier platform. It can be utilized for
the stimulation of protective immune responses, the preparation of antibody and as an
antigen for screening of antibodies."
